Contact enquiries
When you submit a website form, we receive the name, email address, enquiry type and message you provide. We use this information to respond, assess the requested service and maintain a business enquiry record. Requests are saved before email delivery is attempted; failed notifications may be retried. Access to the enquiry inbox is restricted. Do not place passwords, government identifiers or sensitive personal information in the form.
First-party website analytics
The Harweel application can record page views, anonymous session identifiers, campaign parameters, referrer domain, device category, browser language, approximate viewport, scroll depth, selected calls to action and browser performance measurements. It also classifies automated bot requests using the user-agent string.
Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database. The server creates salted hashes for abuse control and approximate uniqueness. Country or city information is only recorded when a trusted hosting provider supplies an approximate GeoIP header. Location is not requested from your device.
Storage and choices
A random client identifier can be stored in local browser storage to estimate returning visits; a session identifier is stored for the current browser session. The site honours supported Do Not Track signals. You can also disable first-party analytics on this browser:
Retention and access
Website analytics are retained for the period configured by Harweel, with a default maximum of 400 days. Enquiries may be retained for the business relationship, legal obligations and reasonable follow-up. Access to the statistics dashboard is restricted.
External services
The Rehlati route demonstration loads map tiles from OpenStreetMap and can request a road route from the public OSRM service. Store links take you to Google Play or Apple's App Store, where their privacy terms apply.
Security
Harweel applies access controls, input validation, rate limits and security headers to the website application. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Changes
This notice may be updated when the website, hosting or analytics configuration changes. The current date will remain visible above.
